Както вече всички знаем слънчевите лъчи, освен да ни зареждат с добро насроение, положителни емоции и хубав тен, могат да бъдат вредни за нас. Сега без да навлизаме в повече подробности за това колко е важно да стоим под чадъра, нека поговорм за грижата за косата в летните месеци.
За съжаление повечето ни ежедневни навици, свързани с оформянето на прическа, не само не са полезни за косата, но дори я изтощават и в комбинация със солта в морето, хлора в басейна и силното слънце ще я превърнат в слама. Затова:
Първо правило: небрежната прическа
Отиваш на почивка. Почивка, а не модно ревю. Остави пресата вкъщи. Без друго климата на морските курорти няма да позволи на прическата ти да остане в желания вид повече от час. Влагата във въздуха може да обезсмисли всичките ти усилия, вложени в изправяване или оформяне на идеалните къдрици. Вместо това заложи на френска плитка, рибена кост, конска опашка или небрежен кок. Все пак си във ваканция, няма нищо лошо да разнообразиш ежедневния офис стил. Освен това, нека не забравяме, че дори да оформиш и фиксираш прическата си добре, на следващия ден отново си на плаж и вечерта трябва отново да измиеш косата. И в тази връзка...
Второ правило: подходящите продукти
Независимо от типа коса, щом ваканцията включва плаж и всекидневно миене на косата, то трябва да подбереш шампоан, който да бъде нежен към нея. Забрави за шампоана за мазна коса, заложи на такъв, който е за всекидневна употреба или за боядисана коса. Вятърът, слънчевите лъчи и солта достатъчно я изсушават, че да я тормозиш и с агресивен шампоан. Не пропускай също да вземеш балсам или маска, за да може да я подхранваш регулярно и в края на ваканцията да не напомня сламата по чадърите. Някои марки дори вече имат в продуктовата си гама шампоан и балсам за защита от слънце и вятър.
Грижа на плажа – Правило 3
В случай, че косата ти е третирана и изтощена, добре е да я защитиш и докато си на плаж. Това ще предпази от една страна краищата от цъфтене, а от друга - цвета ѝ. На пазара се предлага спрей със слънцезащен и подхранващ ефект. Той е компактен и удобен за употреба. Носиш го в плажната си чанта и впръскваш няколко пъти през деня. Освен, че ще пази косата от UV лъчите, също така ще я омекоти и ще неутрализира ефекта от солта, който я кара да стои на клечки. По този начин освен защитена, косата ти ще изглежда лъскава и красива на плажа.
Правило 4: Важи и за блондинки и за брюнетки ...
А най-вече за червенокоси! Независимо колко държиш косата ти винаги да е в перфектния нюанс, преди ваканция недей да я боядисваш. Изрусяването преди море е сигурен начин да си осигуриш сламена коса на връщане. Освен това от досега със солена вода, от красивия нюанс, създаден чрез матиране, няма да остане и помен. Относно боядисването в тъмен цвят... и от него няма смисъл, тъй като от силното слънце цвета ще избледнее. Солената вода допринася, разбира се. Ако си червенокоса, обновяването на цвета преди морска ваканция е абсолютно забранено. В противен случай, излизайки от водата, може да се сдобиеш с розово-червен бански.
Правило 5: маските
За разлика от останалите 4, това правило важи целогодишно. Малко са жените с естествена буйна здрава коса, която не се нуждае от нищо. Истината е, че ако искаш хубава коса, трябва да полагаш редовни грижи за нея. Сама или в салон – изборът е твой. Първо и най-важно: цъфналите краища – те не изглеждат добре, никога, независимо, че косата ти най-накрая е дръпнала със заветните 4 см, дето ги пускаш от миналата година. Най-важното е косата да е здрава, а когато цъфи, тя не е. Освен редовното подстригване, през известно време дължим на косата си по някоя маска. Колко често? Зависи колко я третираш с боя, преса, сешоар. Най-лесната маска в домашни условия е с кокосово,бадемово,арганово масло или някое, специализирано за коса. Намазваш обилно дължините, завиваш с найлонова торбичка и нагряваш около минута със сешоар. Оставяш да попие още 20 минути и косата е видимо възстановена и обновена. И докато още сме на темата с морската ваканция, това е идеалната възстановяваща маска за след нея.
